The dual bachelor's degree programmes are practice-integrated courses which can be obtained within 6 semesters (3 years). Our Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.) degrees are academically and internationally recognised and can be acquired at the Leibniz-FH as a nationally accredited university. This compact way of studying appeals greatly to companies and students, as it provides a regular and balanced mixture of theory and practice.
The admission requirement for studying at the Leibniz-FH is a university entrance qualification for Lower Saxony (for example, a diploma from a German secondary school qualifying for university admission or matriculation, an advanced technical college certificate or a solid vocational educational background).
The programme generally begins in August or September each year with the first practical phase in the company. The course is characterised by the temporal and factual link between theory and practice. Every theoretical phase (solely at the Leibniz-FH) lasts for a duration of 12 weeks, this also applies to all of the practical phases.
